History

The history of KIMM Invest s.r.o. dates back to the early 1990s. In 1991, the founder of the company, RNDr. Hubert Koukol, started his business in the premises of the former Léčiva 06 plant in the village of Hořátev. For many years, pharmaceutical production took place in this area, which was resumed after privatisation and has been developing ever since.

About us

We have owned and managed the Technology Park Hořátev for over fifteen years. We provide our tenants with space for business and supply them with all the services they need for their operations and production. In this environment, the smooth and uninterrupted production of such demanding industries as pharmaceuticals, precision stainless steel processing technology and others that are on the premises takes place.

Our goals

Even in these dynamic times, we need to respond flexibly to the different needs of our business partners. We clearly pursue our main objective, which is to support our clients in their development. We believe that in the 21st century we will continue to be a safe harbour and a good base of business not only for our existing business partners.

Technology Park Hořátev

The area of the Technology Park Hořátev is a place, where medicines were produced already during the Austro-Hungarian Empire. In the post-war period, the Léčiva 06 plant was established here, which supplied the former Czechoslovakia with products such as B-complex pills, bottles of eyewash, glucose, syrups, various food supplements and others. Even the production of military first survival packs was carried out here for a time. The pharmaceutical production was followed by a plant that is still there today. It has even developed to the point where there are now about 850 employees working in three shifts in several companies.
